Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Please allow 3‑5 working days for order verification and dispatch. During high-volume promotions, processing may take 7‑10 days.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country. Reemsun Global cannot predict nor accept liability for such charges.
If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for lost items once they leave our warehouse. Please ensure your address details are correct before completing checkout.
On receipt, please inspect your items immediately. Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number, contact information, and photographic proof of the issue.

All payments are processed via encrypted, internationally recognised gateways. Reemsun does not store your full payment details — your card or payment provider handles the authorization securely.
No additional payment-handling fees are charged by us. However, any foreign exchange, transaction, or service fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
If you’re eligible for a refund (for example, for a damaged or incorrect item), we will issue the refund using your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account from the date we approve it.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check your bank statement or payment provider. If after doing so you still have not received the funds, please email us at admin@reemsun.com with your order number and details.
Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, returns of non‑sale items are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale or limited‑edition items may have bespoke return conditions — please check the product page or contact us.
If you receive a faulty or wrongly shipped item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, once the item has been received and assessed.
