PART ONE: TERMS OF SERVICE FOR VENDORS

1. Vendor Eligibility

To become a vendor on Reemsun, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Provide accurate business information during registration.
• Comply with Reemsun’s policies, quality checks, and verification processes.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product details.
• Upload clear, high-quality product images.
• Maintain updated inventory levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Ship products within the promised time.
• Ensure professional communication at all times.

3. Product Listing Rules

Vendors must not list:

• Counterfeit or illegal goods.
• Stolen items.
• Restricted or dangerous materials.
• Adult or explicit content.
• Copyright-infringing products.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Vendors must:

• Confirm and process all orders promptly.
• Package products securely.
• Use reliable delivery partners.
• Provide tracking details where required.

5. Payments & Commissions

Customer payments are held securely in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Launch offer : 0% Commission (first quater only). To support early vendors, Reemsun is waiving commission fees on all completed orders during our first quater. This allows merchants to test, grow, and earn more while we build a strong marketplace together. Disputes or chargebacks may affect vendor payout timelines.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Vendors must comply with Reemsun’s Return & Refund Policy. Reemsun may request supporting evidence during dispute resolution. All decisions made by Reemsun are binding.

7. Vendor Conduct

Vendors must not:

• Redirect customers outside the platform.
• Request direct payment.
• Harass or misuse customer information.
• Manipulate reviews.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass rules.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Reemsun may suspend vendor accounts for fraud, repeated order cancellation, illegal listings, or violation of platform rules. Pending obligations remain enforceable after termination.

PART TWO: TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS

1. Customer Eligibility

By using Reemsun, customers agree to provide accurate delivery information and use the platform responsibly.

2. Shopping on Reemsun

Customers should review product information carefully before placing orders and ensure availability for delivery.

3. Payments

All payments are secure and processed through escrow. Funds are released only after delivery confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability. Reemsun will assist with resolving delivery issues but is not responsible for courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns or refunds for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items. Refunds are issued after investigation.

6. Customer Conduct

Customers must not harass vendors, make fraudulent claims, or misuse the return process.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must be honest and not misleading. Fake or harmful reviews are prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not hack the platform, automate actions, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

GENERAL PLATFORM TERMS

1. Intellectual Property

All Reemsun branding, images, and platform features are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Limitation of Liability

Reemsun is not responsible for vendor or customer behavior, courier delays, or losses from misuse of the platform.

3. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
